✨ Keep Projects Living: Organize decisions, open questions, and next steps so projects stay current and easier to pick up.
✨ Turn AI Into a Workflow: See how the Sources → Synthesis → Surface framework can turn scattered information into organized, actionable workflows.

MEET THE GUEST SPEAKER:
Serhii Borbotko works on growth and partnerships at xTiles, a visual workspace that turns AI into a business operating system. He designs the AI workflows the xTiles team uses every day, from automated morning briefs to living projects that keep themselves up to date, and helps coaches, consultants, and small teams set up their first one.
Andrew Tabunshchik has over seven years of experience in the productivity and project management space, with both successes and failures shaping his expertise. Before xTiles and Actionable.chat, he built four other products, including a knowledge management web app, a Slack assistant, a no-code website builder, and an event management app. While these products did not scale, each experience taught him valuable lessons about what works and what doesn’t in SaaS and team tools.
